emergencies

For emergencies and urgent matters, we offer you an emergency consultation. For this you need a referral with a note about the acute case or a referral code from your family doctor, so that the urgency of the matter is clearly visible.

After receiving this referral, you can visit our practice as part of the emergency consultation on Tuesdays from 7:45 a.m. and at the latest by 9:00 a.m. Alternatively, you can write a message via the “Online Reception” portal with a brief description of your concern.

We will contact you as soon as possible and endeavor to offer you a suitable appointment. Please understand that our capacities are limited and, depending on patient volume or acute treatment needs, it may be necessary to postpone your appointment until the following week.

In an emergency, privately insured patients are asked to send an email to info@derma-geilenkirchen.de with a brief description of the request and a telephone number.

Please note that no routine examinations can take place during the emergency consultation and that you may have to accept a waiting time.

    getting there

    Our practice is located on the first floor of the medical center in the heart of Geilenkirchen, opposite the Sparkasse. A short distance beyond is the Geilenkirchener station along with bus stops for all lines. Parking is available directly in front of the practice. Other possibilities are the parking garage at the train station and the nearby carpark Nikolaus-Becker-Straße. Less than 50 meters are also parking spots for disabled persons.
